Does skip breakfast, stay tucked in the thickets, waiting for sunshine, enjoying warm earth. Silent, it slips like ghosts through the forest, leaving no trace but a sheen on the bark. Seemingly endless, in the aorist, thwarting dawn's progress, prolonging the dark.
