Christianity
My body, my choice, my mind and my voice, all were entrusted to me, by the same righteous God some now herald and laud in their white Christianity. You see my confusion stems from this delusion our God has somehow become hateful, obscuring Gods words to the growing mad herds, their own meaning of hearts that are “greatful”. He said, “Love one another, as I have loved you..” These sacred words we believe to be true from our Lord and God who says He is but one. No exceptions for Blacks or Muslims or Jews, not in the Bibles I found in the pews of the church preaching Jesus Christ as the risen Son. Imagine a more hypocritical scene than sitting in church with MT Green, raising her hands and full of the Spirit true, only to find herself through the House door with a mouthful of hatred to spit on the floor, forked Green tongue hanging out there in shocking view. These loud extreme people bring shame to the steeple where dignity checks like a coat at the door. Suffice it to say these disgusting displays make the body of Christ suffer needlessly more. The indignant behavior in the name of our Savior, it’s tolerance ever growing, is a shadow so cast I fear it may last far past the days of my knowing. Shouldn’t this be the time true believers would find themselves challenged by what they “believe”? To rise up and stand for the truth they demand and all in God’s time shall receive. My body, my choice, my mind and my voice, all were entrusted to me, to soon alone stand in judgment by God, where by His staff or by His rod shall reveal my lifelong choice of eternity. ~Jeannie Cronin
