Whatswhat
In the schools and on the streets Love and Hate has a date to reverse itself It’s just the class of make believe It’s the given and the departure from why and matter Hang on the grips of tomorrow, the laughs from yesterday, the smiles were of innocence She couldn’t breathe, the reality of now was thoroughly scattered The gift to you is trying to find what makes you see The reflection in that picture has no life to survive A lasting, a presence, a corruption of your standards You are not the world and there is only dead air around you I can’t commit to any rules or standards just the level of care that has no bounds, leaps nor cheers Dusty wind, rusty rain, printed not to be read , to be greed White flags get checkered Give up your mind, It reserves have no bullets to change and no rights to be saved
