Is There Really a Cat In There
We teachers have the summer off. So far I have been everywhere, done everything. I’ve only been out a few seconds, and I have packed in the fun! I gave up cleaning the whole house. Even if we were having Mrs. Snoopy – my twin sister. The kitchen counters gave me a marvelous idea. Why not box it all up, and clean the counters? I could dig this stuff out after they are gone. After I piled seventeen boxes in the bedroom I had a new thought. What if she looks in there? And of course she will. In about three seconds I had this sign on the door “Please do not let cat out.” My sister asked me several times “Is there really a cat in there?” We are both allergic to cats, but she knows that I have one anyway. I said “Go ahead and look,” but she never did.
