So, I tied the rock tighter and threw it high again This time, the entire rope flew over the target branch, onto the ground! So I tied the other end to another tree and I threw it yet, again - ALAS - IT WORKED! – I lowered the rock, tied the birdfeeder on and pulled it up like a pulley Now, I have one out back and out front; the birds will be happy!
