Thru the History of Time
Driving down this road my ancestors, Have traveled so many years ago. I've heard stories from my family, all the, History, my legacy this is my journey. As I'm parking tears well up in my eyes, Knowing I'm exactly taking the same, Steps they've taken. I'm walking up feeling this majestic, Travel back in time, I feel them guiding me. I walk up and the sight takes my breathe, Away as my tears glide down my face. Standing looking you have no, Words your just speechless. Seeing my family rolling down the Colorado, River in a boat as the white river pushes, Them on down the river. I'm looking up into these majestic, Mountains and valleys only God could, Have made in the beginning. Many have called it one of the many, Wonders of the world. We call it the Grand Canyon.
