Eighty-Three
Eighty-Three (God Brought Me Here) Written: by Miracle Man December 5, 2021 My world being mired in turmoil and strife, in thought, I searched daily, for peace in life. With negative matters plucking my strings, I searched for solutions to soothe life's dings. Then one day a Doctor gave my answer, at twenty-eight I was told, "It's cancer". Then came an answer I didn't foresee, a nail scarred hand reaching out to me. Suddenly I regretted past years spent, and for my sins chose, that day, to repent. God took control of my speed bumps in life, causing me to focus on afterlife. The cancer that once had my body bound, in an instant was gone and I was sound. Now facing eighty-three I'm found today, having faced many speed bumps along the way. God has given me, the peace I once sought, Ridding me, of emotional distraught. I've survived the widow maker, then S.C.A., and await God's call that will end my stay.
