Leave Me Alone 2
Not everything that we love is the best thing for us. Such is the case with people who aren't very sociable. Also, a request by one to be left alone might be an opposite request to pay attention to him. Not all of us have the ability to request assistance. But even if "Leave me alone" is a genuine desire, sometimes, our better judgment might compel us to do otherwise. I believe that we were created to be sociable and not isolationists. Two decades ago, I was that person who wanted to be 'left alone'. I did not say those words, but every part of my body wore the sign. Most people saw the sign, read it, and granted my desire to be left alone. A few were more aggressive and dared to pursue me for various reasons. I think that they were decerning enough to risk my elusive and resisting attitude. Perhaps they detected a missing piece of my puzzle within themselves and felt an obligation to step forward with that piece, making me a more completed person. It's interesting that at least five people stand out who refused to leave me alone. Four of the five are now deceased, but before their demise, they placed valuable pieces in my life's puzzle and played unique rolls of character building in my life. 111021PS
