But the imam doesn't want to know anything about the bikini, he wants a burkini, and he tells me: "To hell with the bikini and wear a veil from the top of your head till over your bosom." The imam adds till "(till) over the bosom". The Qur'an itself only says: "Over the bosom, and underpants/ briefs over your ornament". I do think as an orthodox living by the letter of the scripture one should say: long live the bikini.
