The sole man gave his views, first, condemning their choice, stating, it's an eyesore, monstrous, in a loud voice, he says his plan was cheap, so much so, he will pay, and taxpayers need not lose out on their mainstay. What he had said, left the entire chamber -- dumbstruck, "You can't stop those headstrong that life's not worth a buck," "Stupid!" "Ludicrous!"
