Still in foster care and not having a home Realizing and terrified Knowing when she turns eighteen She is all alone. Not knowing what to do She does what she does best Run and run With nowhere to go Failing each and every test She sets her own funeral Soon to be dead Digging and digging Until she decides to Make her grave her bed. Her life was almost complete With one more year to go Now she is breathing heavily Almost gone for good This she sadly knows. Leaving her family behind She closes her eyes Hoping they understand She is gone for good This is her time to say goodbye. Her seventeenth birthday is in a month But she wont see it because she is finally home Not on this earth Or with her family But she is not longer alone. She is in perfect bliss Not terrified at all Not longing for pain Not longing for sadness She is now standing tall.
