Hope Is a Dream
Hope is a dream, disguised as a prayer, equipped with wings of possibilities. Dressed in hand-me-downs, She's often threadbare, stripped of all Her responsibilities. She visits the hearts of both old and young, most oft appearing as their last resort. She's been described as a slip of the tongue, an angel, and a fantasy escort. She's not known to suddenly disappear, but over time, She can dwindle away. And yet, if summoned, She will reappear when life's calamities come into play. A granter of wishes, She sets the stage with encouragement, willpower, and trust. And in the book of life, She turns each page, for She's been with us since we formed from dust.
