As somber thoughts creep, they hurt him too deep, he just wants to weep and forever sleep. His mind's gone berserk, as the pills don't work. He tries to explain, but it's all in vain, so he becomes tense, when thoughts make no sense. What's the point of life, when its full of strife. If they wore his shoes, they would see the clues, that his heart's breaking and see he's faking. He just pretends, to not worry friends. It's easy to blend, so it won't offend. As he can't engross, in his dark morose. He puts on a smile. it's his mastered guile. A forced masquerade - his silent parade.
