Picture It
I had a vision, In which I could see, Myself up high above You, Taking glory, my arms spread wide. In this evil state, I could hear seducing voices, Calling me to the edge, Of the ledge, the end. I went to that place, Passing faces, and breaking glass, To harm all others along the way, All the while, forcing Your blood to flow. As I caught Your eyes, I saw You cry, and I cried out, Die! But in so doing, I was brought back, By our Father, screaming all the way. It took Your love to undo, What I did to You, and now You are above me, Nailed to a tree, arms spread wide, giving glory. Not to Yourself, but to the Father. He who asked You to do this. And now, I am below You. Ever to behold You, And to be true to, my Savior Lord. How could we do this? Picture it.
