To a Dog Hater
Don’t the dog mind Or to it be rather kind With no plans to you bite Nor attempt another act not right. Don’t scratches on its fluffy coat try, Remembering your no less fluffy pillow on which you’d cry, Neighbourhood kids to start dreading your corridor, Their minds made up that you’re some odd matador, After glimpsing your nastiness to man’s number one pet: On this ready to some handsome dollars bet… Begun you haven’t to its master’s flower finger, So, its eyes fastened on you aren’t going to linger Nor are its determined sniffs of your body Some declaration of war against you Its treasuring Keeper, Cody Gone out to arrange it a saucy ewe: All the more to its credit, I know: Dog Billy celebrates more the friendliest tone Than any juicy bone One could to a bow-wow throw.
