Sheenah and Eli
The ominous skeletal army advanced on the elfin couple Sheenah stopped the handsome soldier She indicated that she would join him in life or death. His cause was her cause. He gave her a gentle smile. You realize the sacrifice right? Sheenah did, but he was worth it. She had seen him in her dreams. His handsome face turned into a skeletal mask of terror. She laid down and waited to be devoured or sacrificed. Weirdly enough the skeletal army carefully stepped around her. She watched them go, wondering what had happened. It is enough that you were willing to make the sacrifice, he said. His face was handsome. He had turned into an Elfin Lord. I am Eli, he told her. And you are my new queen. Sheenah, a faerie willing to lay down her life to join their cause. Immortal now, she helped Eli lead his army to the edges of the valley. They had people to collect, lives to straighten out, and lessons to teach. She had never felt more vital, wanted or cherished. Today was the beginning of her happily ever after.
