Behold in pitch black the silent phantom I seek wanders through the crevices to take a silent peek its pallid face behind a ghostly purple veil one must wonder if it is from this world or Hell Icy the winds in this slow creeping winter scene moonlight returns, with its golden glorious preen standing aghast, my heart shutters skipping a beat A glimpse seen of hideous claws on phantom's feet Never shall I again this forbidden place tread I have discovered that its creatures are all dead Finding in Nature such horror was not my goal Now silent terrors grip this my unblinded soul Lo!
