Unglue To Renew
As happenings in the external recede Though all needed doing is yet done Subtle blockages we still gently weed Slowly but surely ego comes undone Fears & desires now faint shadows Yet haunt urgings of noblesse oblige Void in our heart the blissful meadow But demons of past in dreams arise Recognition clear that guilt an illusion But recognition not quite the becoming Whilst meditation a flowing orientation The nemesis is of attention oscillating Moment to moment and layer by layer We empty out all baggage of our past Continuum of stillness in silent prayer Frees us of fetters leaving ego aghast It is the constant mindful watchfulness Steered into quietude with stoic resolve Pendulum slowing down to gentleness Bliss mist into the divine does dissolve 08-August-2020
