Rubber Babies
Rubber Babies by M. Griswold 06122020 Li'l babies are made of rubber it seems to me. For they twist themselves like pretzels so easily. Then giggle and smile within their frolicking jest. Just to unravel and do it all again without any rest. Even at times when they fall on the hard ground. Then seem to be hurt within their cry's profound. Yes, li'l babies are kinda like round rubber balls. They rebound quickly after those hurts and falls. Then at night when they've fallen fast asleep. Quietly sneak in their room for a quick li'l peek. You'll find them in all sorts of contorted poses. I found mine once with his mouth full of toeses. They're all so cute when their resilience abounds. Laughing and playing as cuddly, funny clowns. But please be safe tucking them in their li'l beds. That you don't drop them on their wee li'l heads.
