Broken Dreams Conjoined
In your squish hug the arms subtly transform into the wrap of heart’s enchanted embrace, transfers the lingered yearning latent within, setting sail in the stream of my ardent ardor. In the fervent sea it braces the shoulder of waves, their crests adorned by the pearls of your smile, entwined with the lattice of mesmeric moonbeam, its sparkle splashes on my spirit, illumining me. You come close in my fold, our shadow intertwine, dispersed dualities mingle to fuse into oneness. Even when the tides of time pulls you away far, I feel you are ethereally embellished within me. When in the fading gleam of the twilight tinge, you return entranced, I take you in my arms, all the strewn shards of my broken dreams conjoin into wholeness in an instant of eternity. June 4, 2020
