When I let my feelings out I have a tendency to explode, because I internalize everything with no outlet to unload, so my feelings get out there, but I can't seem to let them go, they just internalize again until I again explode. How does one let their feelings out, and then let them go? If anyone is familiar with that process, I would sure like to know.
