'Coming into' a place of opportunity and enlarged dreams; There will be little or no desire to depart this earthly paradise, and 'no going out' to regions of lack and loss, and no dreams. But in this promising place of dreams, capital, and resources, so much has begun to wither and die due to the deep drops of confusion and forgetfulness, causing transactions clouded by clever manipulation so much like what has been seen in the past.
