The Final Tear
A part of me is weeping, and my soul lies bare in the center of the rock as my tears falls in The body of water that flows down the river bed I stood still in the middle of the night unable to close my eye, is there something that I cannot See, I lie there and listen to the spirit calling out to me Only if I could catch a nap, I would be perfect with that but there was no more tears left in the air to minister To my growing despair.I could feel my knees shaking As my spirit garnished courage to keep the life line going, I could feel the flesh peeling away from my leg bones and the bones protuding from my hands with vains as big as a man.I felt no pain,I felt no shame but ten months of malnutrition has left my body dry and my spirit soaring in the sky I am contented with heavens in my hand And when the night is done the journey will be done This is the final tear and I have nothing more to fear.
