Mishmash
People say nothing is impossible. But, I don’t care what they say! I know nothing ain’t impossible, cause I do nothing every day! I’m not afraid to face death! Facing it is fine! My only stipulation is, the death I’m facing ain’t mine! Life can be a puzzle. That I will admit! Cause 10% is what happens to us, and 90% is how we react to it! It happened without much notice! Entirely, without my consent! All of a sudden, my ole git up and go has just done, got up and went! I used to get excited, when a nice young chick walked by! Yeah, I used to get excited but now, I can’t remember why! Jack and Jill went up a hill, to fetch a pail of water! Now, Jill is living all alone! I guess her husband caught her! There was an old woman who lived in a shoe. She had so many children till she discovered, what not to do! Here’s what I think about strangers. I hope you will never forget! There really are no strangers, just friends, you haven’t met! I read some quotes from Mark Twain. One that stood out, that I saw, “Adam, was the luckiest man in the world, cause he had no mother-in-law!” Love Thy Neighbor says the Bible. Which sorta scares me a bit! Loving Thy Neighbor may seem ok, just don’t get caught at it! Ralph Taylor 04/25/20
