Dealing the Cards and Getting Things Straight
We all had fun here dealing with Jack Queen and Mother dear A full deck she had but it was that discard that was bad Filled with heart the six was sent packing as a start Leaving the pictures on the wall The commoner card started wondering, roaming around the mall Until by golly a five with a diamond in hand Looking for a partner to stand Now the Queen with a heart turned to the Jack who was at the clubs with his buds “Romance is in the air look at that pair,” she said feeling hearty red. “Call the King,” “I will give him a ring,” the Jack did his thing. When the King was found his royal highness headed down. Knowing his influence in the town Instructed just to greet the six and five, with a nice ‘hi’ “What game are you playing?” The King was saying. When the four showed up with her lucky seven They said “look, your royal highness we are eleven.” Watching from a far the Jack and Queen monitored the possibilities Impressed with the commoner cards credibility “My Queen there is a twenty one on both sides the King must decide.” The Jack did say With the Queen mentioning “either way the royals will help them get a nice pay.” But on the ground the Queen noticed the King started to frown “Your royal highness we need you to leave since we are going in another direction with a three.” As the King came back to his lady she was with the Jack “They do not want me I was in the way of the commoner cards getting a nice pay.” The King announced while the Jack pronounced, “Ah, an eight just showed up and the commoners have a nice straight.” Later in the evening while the King and Queen rested in their quarters the Jack had a need to be a reporter. Interrupting their dreaming the Jack came in screaming, “Our ace in the hole just showed up with a ten and we are not going to have to fold,” Looking into each other’s eyes knowing the lower commoner cards gave it a nice try, “Our straight is higher than theirs and you know we do make a nice pair,” the royals told each other as the commoners in the mall reshuffled. Finding a new game and another hustle.
