What Matters Most To Me
What matters most to me now midst enhanced community quarantine? Let me express them in my ABC way: Assurance of God’s love* always abounding Bliss with Christ’s peace-filled benefits Compassion to extend, along care and concern Drive toward hopeful tomorrows’ dreams Expectations for prayers earnestly expressed Faith fervently fortified against fears Goodness grants from the Saviour’s governing grace Heart kept in the Lord’s safeguarding health Illumined mind by Scriptures’ truth-instructions Jubilation while sharing, through phone calls, Gospel of Jesus Kindness around kinship bond while thanking King of kings. *Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. March 27, 2020 1st place, "What Matters Most To You" Poetry Contest Sponsored by Chantelle Anne Cooke; judged on 4/4/2020.
