Dust Bunnies Ya Know
Dust Bunnies Ya’know by M. Griswold 01042023 Little dust bunnies that we all know. Li’l bits of fuzz that under things grow. And if we don’t clean them all out. They become BIG and scurry about. They run with just a little bit o wind. And like ta hide around a corner’s end. Dust bunnies cling ta brooms ya’know. On it’s bristles they collect and grow. Their not the kind’a pets ya’ want around. Although, they’re quiet and make no sound. They collect all kind’a nasty little other stuff. The kind‘a stuff that’s dirty, uckie, and rough. But I swear that they giggle and laugh at me. When chasing them under my bed ya’ see. They tease me and taunt me, just out a grasp. Those little Dust Bunnies I try ta fully clasp. But if you’re lucky and corner an old one. A crusty old Bunny that no longer can run. Be very careful when ya’ scoop it all up. For it may break apart make’n li’l Dusty Pups. Then your back in’ta that scurry’n chase again. Of a Dust Bunny race ya’ may or may not win. They will avoid ya’ and try to hide at any cost. Those bunnies will slide away and again be lost.
