Headphones on, turned to max. My body is now beginning to relax. Pre-wod is kicking in. This run for myself will be a win. Hit mile 1, and there's no sweat Hit mile 2, and there's no fret. Hit mile 3, now I'm feeling alive. Hit mile 4, now there goes my stride. The distance is building my adrenaline. My bodies only natural medicine. It wipes away any negativity. It's my healthiest activity. Hit mile 5, and I'm feeling the runners high Hit mile 6, I feel like my limit is the sky. Hit mile 7, my legs are a little weary. Hit mile 8, only stopping in theory. If it's not going to be a challenge. Then my life would end up imbalanced. It wont change me if its easy. This mind set makes the rest easy breezy. Hit mile 9, my legs are becoming numb. Hit mile 10, some may think its dumb. Hit mile 11, my minds playing tricks. Hit mile 12, I still have left more kicks. This run feels like I'm in heaven. One day I'll be able to do another seven. It dont happen over night. But with training you continue to fight. Hit mile 13.1 that half marathon is done. Hit mile 14, have not quite hit that run. Hit mile 15, I'll get there one day. Hit mile 16, my motivation just has to stay. The runners high, is an amazing thing. I'm glad I started this last spring.
