Reds Wolves At Night
Flood lights are bright One more match am I right It’s the reds of Liverpool And the Wolves who are determined not to be fools Soon it will be a weekend break With only the England Champions games at stake If the Wolves are the ones end up with the take One will make money that could be determined finagled and fake Cooler heads should prevail Keeping the Reds undefeated streak without a fail This would mean one would invest more To make a small profit from an easy score Early on the Reds showed their muscle Relaxing those who do the business-like hustle By knocking it in One may wonder if this would be enough for the win Heading to the rest rooms after the first forty-five The fact was the Wolves were still alive Despite the Wolves not having anything on the board The Reds should be concerned if they needed another score The Reds went on attack attack The Wolves were resistant and stayed on track When fifty minutes ticked away The underdogs started to make some hay Wearing the yellow and staying mellow When they agitated the calculated bettor With one nice header Level at one it was Creating some upset buzz Rain and mist seem to persist And one more goal should be on both team’s list As the hour gets late The Reds did not have much more time to wait Suddenly there was a shot on goal Which only made the Wolves look bold Things seem to be tight In this prime-time fight Then under seven There was a goal den opportunity sent from heaven A kick that was done with so much meaning That sent the crowd home screaming Liverpool two Wolves one And now that it is done It is time to celebrate this won
