Aunt Rita
Aunt Rita My darling aunt words can not express how much I loved you, the sun is gone the moon no longer lits my world. All life has paled without you in it. I remember a fiesty lady full of life who poo poo'd things beyond her ken. Was first to stand up for what she believed no matter if right or wrong she fought on. She loved with the feriousity of a tiger and was the heart and soul of any party. She loved being in the midst of things and people calling in to spend time with her. Once a thought took hold there was no swaying her you could argue untill the air turned blue but Rita always stuck firm that it was so and you know what? It became to be absolutly so Loyal and caring to those she loved a guiding light through life itself. Rita never forgot her scottish roots nor her love of things scottish. Robbie Burns himself would said oki, she's a grand wee lassie Yet you ran for cover if you upset her for she was no push over as one stood quaking. She made a path through life from rags to richies fingers rough and bleeding from sewing bags and gloves as she worked far into the night to finish an order Before that she at twenty ran the finest Naffy cateen. Yes she ofen told her son Paul and me of the day she arrived walking the middle of the lane as a car came up behind hoping for a lift. Well it was only two top brass's and she told them straigh you watch I'll be the boss here soon. And true to her word within a year she was managress.
