Abrims Life In a Cave In the Lore Hills
Abrim lived in a dark cave somewhere in the Lore Hills. It was quite warm mostly but sometimes he got the chills. So he dug a fire pit in the centre of the cave, Somehow the warm glowing fire made him feel brave. He would cook wild birds and fish when he could catch them, He had all he needed and his little cave was a gem, One neat corner of the cave was kept very sacred, He prayed to the Spirit of the Wolf when he was scared. At night time he would sing and dance around the fire, He praised the Spirit and danced to his heart’s desire, Once a giant hungry wolf came to the caves entrance, Probably disturbed by poor old Abrim’s song and dance. He threw coals from the fire and the wolf ran away, It was a fearless act so he recorded the day. Abrim painted a picture of the heroic fight, The time he frightened the wolf back into the dark night. At times he would stare at the bright stars in the night sky, He often imagined were the birds would go when they die, He created a curious place he called Light and Air And prayed to the great Wolf spirit to welcome him there. As time went by he examined his life and essence, And wondered who would benefit by his existence.
