A new era for many was about to take place in Biblical History – Jesus had to carry his own cross through the streets Of Jerusalem, through to the Hill of Calvary, where he meets And is crucified between two thieves, He suffered unimaginably on that stark wooden cross, he heaves His body one last time, His last words Heard from this Son of Man, Our Lord Were, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit”.
