We pretend to care if they live or die, sponsoring phony profitable charities. but the fact is, we feel little for them; they are propaganda fillers for the news. We go to church, drop to our knees, and pray to God to forgive our sins. We believe we've found a loophole in God's unconditional love; He cannot fault us for using our free will. But God commanded, "Love each other," that choice was never left to us. Humans are hypocrites and charlatans; we claim to be compassionate beings; yet we condemn children to starve to death without feeling any remorse or guilt.
