Untitled 1
As the timing of the clock ticks through, I for some reason cannot lose the thought of you. The words that were spoken haunt a mind, As I continue to contemplate a life left behind. Though A thought of death could not leave my lips, I descend into sorrow, into pain my heart slips. Time is the only cure, when it’s our minds to fix. Yet I find myself leaving so soon for the River Styx. I must find a way too see the pain, You must find s way to patch a loved wane. Into the darkness, into the pint, I so desperately go. We started as lovers, now I’m a foe. Happiness we deserve, and I agree it is clear. But I can’t lose you, for I am stuck here. My dear, beloved, darling, my life, This madness is alluring, like a cut of a knife. I miss you, the you who would laugh and play. The outcome is foreboding, yet still I must pray. Pray to the sky, earth, God and sea, That somewhere, somehow you come back to me. Confident in nothing, my hands lose their grasp, Confident in something, await my last rasp. This journeys not ended, yet another begins. Though I’m alone, I must do this for good. I’m thouroughly sorry,I’d swear it’s not over, if only I could
