Winter Descends
Fall sets sail leaving winter's cold to prevail. Old man winter comes to town causing snowflakes to cascade down. Tucked away to hibernate, some animals pass winter in a resting state. Silver linings can be found in all storm clouds that float around. Winter comes around once a year bringing along Christmas and good cheer. Snowflakes fall, bells do jiggle, making Christmas in December a month to joyfully remember. Rain, hail, blizzards, and snow weather only winter does know. Freezing weather out of doors, inside a fireplace that roars. After the summer's heat and fire, in winter mud slides may transpire. The snow does descend as winter comes to an end. Raging are rivers that overflow, due to the mountain's melting snow. When winter comes to its final rest, slush and mud is all that's left.
