For years I imagined this seed as waste, Perhaps it had just fallen, upon a stone? Or maybe perished from lack of moisture, While I spent time seeking, for her, God’s best. That this seed wasn’t swallowed by some crack, All the time believing God could do the rest; But since that unplanned day long years ago, That diminutive seed has genuinely grown.
