My present thoughts, the sounds and feelings; a sort of deep meditation, whether standing or sitting down I am aware of the moment and sounds. Right now a wild wind is blowing outside, it is howling and screaming through the trees. But when it takes a rest there is deep silence, and a soft murmuring of background noises. I smell lavender from a candle burning, there is tranquility within my home. I like the feel of my work chair, the satin feel of the wood; there is a cold draft.
