A Moment of Your Time
Would it be okay if I have a moment of your time? To tell you how I feel through this small, magical rhyme? Would it be okay if I hold you for a while? To kiss your forehead, and make you smile? Would it be okay to pull you close and whisper in your ear? To assure you daily that there is nothing to fear? Every time you say I love you, My heartbeat starts to go insane. The sensation of your love for me, It’s like an addictive type of pain. The twinkle in your eyes, every time we speak. It sends chills up and down my spine, and it makes me completely weak. When you say I love you, your voice lights up my face. You make me melt all over, as my heart continues to race. And when you kiss me… My lips quiver at the very touch. My soul is filled and overwhelmed with joy, that you love me so much. The being within me surrenders with everything you do. Because of those three words you say… I love you. So would it be okay if I have a moment of your time? To show you how I feel through the words of my magical rhyme? Would it be okay to show you firsthand? That I am proud to be your husband, and happy to be your man? You are everything I could ever need and more. More than I deserve or would dare wish for. You are my wife, my baby, my angel, my dream girl. I’m thankful that you are my whole world. I want you to feel the power flowing through my heart and my rhyme? So again, I ask… would it be okay if I have a moment of your time?
