Grown, you were my warmth thru all painful weather. My hurt from life and people kept us together. I held you while raising my challenged son, and clutched you when his epilepsy had come. I gave you my aches to comfort sad marriages, then sought you when I lost to lonely and disparaged. Know fears are no longer the strength shifting my gears.
