Except for that of paper, blank, or printed shapes to color in, to make their pictures come alive, and watch their Nana, Papa, grin. Crayola Crayons...now they lay inside a box stored on a shelf; once wrapped as worthy birthday gifts or left 'neath trees by Santa's Elf. Some very worn, others like new, now stored next to a folder of those drawings that our grandkids made and colored in for us with love. I think about those little hands... accomplished now, as grownup size. Now, prouder still...but at that time... those colored gems were such a prize. Sandra M.
