Every year way up north, stands a lone wolf, with his pack. Stanced behind him, he’s upfront, but they beadily watch his back. As the moon reaches peek, over the ledge of mountain steep, Steps the lone wolf to the edge, and as in ritual bares his teeth. To the moon, his head held raised, as in worship or in praise, An eerie pitch comes from his bowel, reaching into the skies maize.
