One Little Lamb
ONE LITTLE LAMB One little lamb had strayed from the flock seeking to find his own way, but the Master left the 99 to carry the lamb home again. Said the little lamb upon His Master’s back oh Lord, I’m so glad that You came; I was so alone no home of my own so fearful and so full of pain. Then the Master took the lamb and placed him on His back combed his hair and hugged him and said welcome back He oiled all of his wounds and gave him food to eat He said, don’t you know My flock without you is not complete? Well you know that little lamb from that time on, oh he followed Him oh so close not wanting to stray ever again but remain near Him wherever He goes! Now when you see the Master you will find that little lamb lying at His feet or at His right hand he’s learned to follow His Master’s voice he’s learned from his lessons to make the right choice! As you’ve guessed, I am that lamb and from that time on, I’ve followed Him oh so close Not wanting to stray ever again, but remain near Him wherever He goes, but remain near Him wherever He goes.
