The years have slipped by, all in a blink of an eye, Looking back at the people I knew made me cry. Remembering my family when I was just a boy, Most gone now to where there's only Happiness and Joy. Death and things of that nature were not for me to understand, My eyes closed, I can remember how it was before I became a man. Now almost everyone I knew, my family and friends are gone, Never thought until this very moment, soon I'll be following along. A strange reaction to these thoughts I am having, but not afraid, I am strong in my faith knowing God has planned it this way. The sun is setting and I'm feeling refreshed and renewed now, Wow! God is so awesome, He always knows what I need somehow. Loving God with all my heart brings me to where I should be, If you pray hard and keep your faith, then you'll be able to see. How wonderful it is knowing that you will always be safe, All one has to do is Believe and be strong in your faith.
