Fumiko Nakajo Biography | Poet

Fumiko Nakajo (Nakajo Fumiko, real name Noe Fumiko, November 25, 1922 in Obihiro, Hokkaido, Japan - August 3, 1954 in Sapporo ) was a tanka poet. She died at the age of 31 after a turbulent life and a great struggle against breast cancer - all recorded in her poetry.
