A nostalgic collection of movie clichés

  • “So you’re the one they call The Kid.  I hear you’re fast – real fast.  Well let’s see just how fast you are.”
  •  
  • “There’s got to be a rational explanation!”
  •  
  • “Do you love him?  Do you love him?”
  •  
  • “Scared, kid?  Well let me tell you a little secret:  I’m scared too.  Yeah, me!  Does that surprise you?”
  •  
  • “All right:  I’ll put together a team and do one last job, and then I’m going straight.”
  •  
  • Monster: step, step, step.  Young woman: run, scream, run, scream. Monster: step, step, step.  Young woman: run, scream, run, scream. Monster: step, step, step. Young woman:  trip, fall!
  •  
  • “Professor, listen:  if the creature is susceptible only to cold, couldn’t we stop it using dry ice?”
  •  
  • A man and woman embrace.  Camera cuts to woman’s face over man’s shoulder.  She has her eyes closed.  And then she opens her eyes and looks to the side!
  •  
  • “Curse?  Poppycock!  Superstitious nonsense!
