Poem
Kindred spirits arises.. It is above and beyond. Beyond each and all of us. It is what truly sets the stage for our own bliss. He was an unusual individual.. As he was intelligent and larger then life in his era. An era that was unforgettable. His era filled with many changes of peace, freedom, the arts.. Creative forms of the arts. Painting, sculpting, writing music.. A fascinating poetic time indeed, along with the deep mysterious music that our very own ears feasted on. He allowed us all to celebrate hypnotic yet amazing music. Music that he could only create. Poetic lyrics often filled the air and our senses. Followed by our entire being becoming mesmerized by all the bliss. He was completely submerged and intoxicated with deep, untimely, passionate words. Writings that captivated the mind, body, and spirit. During that magnificent era, only he could captivate many crowds of which were captured in a hypnotic state. He stood there like a statue.. With the brilliance and captivating movements he gestured quite frequently. Standing tall with poetic words. When he sang his songs, his soul was present as to show us it is.. One's soul/consciousness is always present.. Though at times we don't perceive it.. As we tend to forget.. Whom is this brilliant human work of incredible art? James Douglas Morrison, known as Jim Morrison.. Lead singer and song writer of: The Doors.. Sweet Jim had a short physical life.. Though his life was cut short, he managed to show us the true melody of words through his music. Many had a deep and profound connection to Jim. Sometimes not being aware as to why.. What was Jim's message? Fear not what is in your heart and soul. It is inside all of us.. Do not be afraid.. One can express one's self.. You are here to remember.. Remember who you really are.. As our kindred spirits will always continue to arise.
