I only told you half of the truth,
I've been around the block but no one can compare to you,
Some were better but you're my heart,
Jealous?
You know I am,
When you tell who and when I start to visualize it,
It drives me crazy and makes me cry just thinking that someone will replace me,
You know my temper,
I stay bouncing off of the walls and cursing your soul,
Maybe I do push you but you push me too,
I go seeking attention else where to feel that love I long in you,
I take a sip to push away the heartache momentarily,
I taste skittles to numb my feelings,
My past is something that I can't take back,
Still, im honest because I wouldn't want you to hear from another pair of lips,
Have I been forgiven?

He said...
I love you so much,
Regardless to your past I know the old you is still here,
I look deep into your eyes,
Im hurt and furious at the person you've become,
Yet, Im not the same either,
I've lied to you,
I do my dirt just to hit you were I know it'll hurt,
Then wipe away your tears and continue to break you,
Jealous?
Of course,
What man wants to think that another man can take his love away,
If you entertain them I only retaliate harder,
However that never calms me,
I smoke to relax my mind from its troubles,
Taste the same skittles for that same care free feeling that you get,
My past is something that I can't move on from,
I don't think there's a good life for me so I have to cause you hell,
Have I destroyed you?

They said...
This isn't healthy,
What you two have will kill you,
Find people better for you two,
Who will give you two everything and more,
Who will give us back the old yall,
Have yall thought about it?

We said...
What we have can't been explained,
No one can ever take that away from us,
Our love is toxic? Yes,
We're a lot to handle but we love it despite the downs,
We've connected with others but our energies dies quicker with them than when together,
Our spark dies and relights within a day, week, month, or year,
We make each other want to kill ourselves,
Yet, we can't see ourselves dying and causing the other grief,
Even sober we're high off each others presents,
Despite what we tell others, only we have each other's mind, body, and soul,
No one understand us better than we understand each other,
Im the light in her darkness,
Im the cure to his illness and his illness only,
Our love is about growth and acceptance so we'll never be the same,
Our love is something that yall are not meant to understand,
