Fly Who Flew Like They All Do



On surface of my skin fly started to skim

And so I surely wanted to get rid of him

As he flew around in a circular fashion

Not trying to talk or ever trashing.



Fly sure seemed to like lighting on you

Maybe some times or more than a few

And may find him a ferocious menace

Terrible when fly tries to play tennis.



No matter what happened or is occurring

Trouble up flies always want to be stirring

With destructive  effort meant to die

Got him out of my eye when hard did try.



Then after many rounds of mortal combat

Found out it was not a fly but a small gnat

Who with fly preferred to have intercourse

Both were found in some state of remorse.



Would it be a fly in my eye or gnat in hat?

Or hat worn by fly who was found to be fat

What finally ended up being last resort

Fly entered a session conducted in court.



Where had the flow recently flown from

An we had all found out just how dumb

Fly was who landed under Christmas tree

Being electrocuted by both you and me.
