Lost Perspective Eve said to Adam-let us eat the apple so we become ourselves So naïve, why should I die first in order to become what I am already In his image and likeness I was and I am before the conception Truly, the image, identity and individualism built on lies is a lie It is not vivid in my psychic if you can comprehend self in illusions Honestly, I think you live your life based on your oriented senses Come on, wake-up, warm-up and warble-up your inner self Why live your life through someone else’s view and shadows? Wash your windows or get a better mirror, sorry they lied to you They told you who they thought you were but not who you are Self-Perception perceived through someone else’s perspective is slavery There is one thing man cannot predict-is the deception the human heart Hence if I can remote control your perception, results will be obvious If your life pivotal is not in I AM that I AM, then your existence is meaningless Raise from the ashes, durst yourself and then go home, you have no use here If the sun knows how to shine by day and moon by night then who are you Honestly, opinion expression is foolishness without self-awareness Counting countless nights of sleepless nights-studying for society acceptance Realizing that your A grades in school were mediocrity-just copy and past Now you are scared to step out of the box and be yourself-comfort in poverty You are just like your parents - conforming to comfort of average life Self-Perception perceived through someone else’s perspective is slavery Here is the best Myles Munroe said is rooted in Self-Concept and self-governance Tell me more, or are you waiting for men’s accreditation in order to be self Know this- that in your fingerprints, eye-prints, voiceprints and DNA Runs the power of your uniqueness and individuality-no other, only you Only you can become the best you-only you can become the worst you 7 billion plus individuals on earth, dead, alive or being born - you are you Walk into the majesty of your greatness, purpose, power and possession Your success or failure is imbedded in self-perceptive or lack of it Now you know that apple in the garden will leave you with a running stomach Your purpose and power was engraved in before conception – yes So read your script from the life manual script and see yourself through his image Self-Perception perceived through someone else’s perspective is slavery By Anthony Ngabwe (Tony The Poet@2015)
