Dear Jesus

Dear Jesus.
I can't hide my love for you.
No matter what they say or do.
The way I feel just saying Your name.
I know I'll never be the same.

Dear Jesus.
Oh how I long to find a way.
To worship You, new words to say.
You came and found me brokenhearted.
You love long before life started.

Dear Jesus.
Struggles came and struggles went.
You alone are heaven sent.
You rescued me from the grips of death
I'll praise You Jesus til my last breath.

Dear Jesus.
You saw through me and my affliction.
You carried me through my addiction.
You'll love me last You loved me first.
You loved me at my very worst.

You gave me hope, You ease my sorrow.
Here today and here tomorrow.
You lifted me from gates of hell.
You made me more than never do well.

You stripped me of my foolish pride.
You made me whole You stepped inside.
You gave me sight that I might see.
You came and loved me for me

Dear Jesus.
My body made of earth and mud
You saved my soul with Your own blood.
What can I do my whole life through
but fall to rise to worship You
